| 1. | Introduction |
| 1.1 | The LiveIn "Year End Deals" promotion is offered by LiveIn for Malaysia region only: |
| 1.2 | This promotion will start from 1st December 2020 until 31st December 2020. ("Promotion Period"). |
| 1.3 | By entering this "Year End Deals " promotion, participants will be deemed to have accepted and will be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. |
| 2. | Participation Eligibility |
| 2.1 | This campaign is open ONLY to new tenants registering with LiveIn during the promotion period mentioned. |
| 2.2 | Participants must be aged eighteen (18) and above with interest for LiveIn accommodation in Malaysia. |
| 2.3 | Participants are not allowed to stack other promotions with this "Year End Deals" promo |
| 2.4 | This promo is ONLY applicable for tenureships of 6 to 12 months |
| 3. | Participation Terms |
| 3.1 | This campaign is valid for ALL LiveIn buildings, (collectively, "LiveIn Accommodation") |
| 3.2 | Participants have to key in promo code “BYE2020” on the remark column in booking page |
| 3.3 | Booking has to be done before 31st Dec 2020, move in from 1st December 2020 to 31st January 2021 to enjoy the promo |
| 3.4 | Participants would have to make a booking within 3 days from viewing section to enjoy the promo |
| 3.5 | All other applicable deposits charges( ie: utilities deposit, key card deposits etc) remains |
| 4. | Other Terms and Conditions |
| 4.1 | LiveIn shall not be liable for any disruption to this "Year End Deals" promotion, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control. |
| 4.2 | LiveIn, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees and representatives shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to loss of opportunities and any indirect or consequential losses) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with or arising from either participation in this "Year End Deals" promotion. |
| 4.3 | All personal data collected will only be used for the purposes of this "Year End Deals" promotion or any other promotions by LiveIn and not for any other purposes. |
| 4.4 | LiveIn reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice |
| 4.5 | LiveIn reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this "Year End Deals" promotion without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by LiveIn of the campaign shall not entitle the Eligible Participant to any claim or compensation against LiveIn, its agents and employees for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participant as a direct or an indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension thereof. |
